DataXu, a leading provider of programmatic marketing software, today announced the appointment of Alvin Wong as Head of Sales, Southeast Asia (SEA). His hiring comes as part of DataXu’s continued investment in the Asia Pacific region following the company’s expansion into Singapore, Sydney and Bangalore.

Wong brings more than 15 years of media and technology sales experience in print, broadcast and digital advertising across Southeast Asian markets. As Head of Sales, SEA, Alvin is responsible for partnering with new and existing customers to help them leverage DataXu’s programmatic marketing technology to improve marketing ROI and customer engagement. Before joining DataXu, Wong served as Regional Director, APAC at Sizmek, where he developed and implemented proactive sales strategies to maximize business opportunities in the region. He is based out of DataXu’s APAC headquarters in Singapore.
