The Trade Desk、元eBay EnterpriseのCMOのKirschner氏を新CMOとして採用

The Trade Desk, Inc., a provider of a global technology platform for buyers of advertising, today announced the appointment of Mark Kirschner to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Kirschner, who most recently served as CMO for eBay Enterprise, will lead The Trade Desk’s worldwide marketing strategy. In 2015, Hot Topics’ named Kirschner among the Most Innovative CMOs in the World.

“As The Trade Desk continues to grow and expand our programmatic inventory into new channels, I am confident Mark’s leadership will stage our clients and the organization for our greatest global successes yet,” said The Trade Desk CEO Jeff Green. “Mark has achieved many remarkable milestones over his career and I’m so thrilled he’ll be joining our company to play a big role in leading our journey.”

Most recently, as CMO at eBay Enterprise, Kirschner successfully delivered tens of thousands of business leads, built out analyst and media relations, and rolled out new brand architecture to simplify a complex portfolio of products and solutions for the $1.4-billion-dollar company.

Before eBay Enterprise, Kirschner spent eight years as CMO at Rakuten and one of its subsidiaries, leading the global marketing team and executing strategies that increased the client base year-over-year. Previously, he held marketing leadership roles for the past two decades at companies including Scholastic Internet Group, MTV, Paramount Interactive and NEC Technologies.

Kirschner earned his degree from Brown University. He is based out of The Trade Desk’s offices in New York City.
