DynamicYield、シリーズBにおいて1200万ドルを調達

2014.6.24

Dynamic Yield, developer of a real-time website optimization and
personalization platform, today announced that it has closed a $12 million Series B funding round. The
company will use the funds to expand globally, grow its London and New York offices and open a new
office in Germany. The financing round was led by Marker LLC, with ongoing support and participation
from Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors and the New York Times
Company. ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Germany’s largest media company, joined as a strategic investor
and will market Dynamic Yield’s product in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Dynamic Yield optimizes over 2 billion website pages every month, and delivers a personalized
experience, from promotions, to content and calls-to-action, to more than 120 million monthly website
visitors. Dynamic Yield is able to personalize every stage of the user funnel and quickly maximize user
engagement, conversions and overall revenue for news publishers, e-commerce sites and web businesses.

“The pressure on marketers is only getting more intense: Demonstrating ROI is critical to success while
the cost of bringing customers to a site continues to rise,” said Dynamic Yield CEO Liad Agmon. “With
Dynamic Yield, clients can seamlessly deliver a personalized experience to every single visitor to their website. They experience a uplift as high as 100% in conversion rates and revenues as a result. These are real numbers they can point to, and who doesn’t want to point to increased revenue?”

“Marker LLC led this investment because we believe that Dynamic Yield will become the leader in the conversion optimization industry”, said Rick Scanlon, a founding Partner at Marker LLC, “Liad and his team have developed a groundbreaking platform that provides immediate and sustainable benefits to any online marketing team. This funding will help the company with its growth plan.”

“Bessemer Venture Partners has a strong track record investing in SaaS solutions and we love to make
smart bets on companies that develop elegant solutions for specific sectors and functions,” said Adam
Fisher, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. “That’s why we funded Dynamic Yield at the beginning
and continue to back Liad and his team: They developed a truly elegant SaaS solution that addresses a
pervasive and growing challenge. There is a large market for this product and the product works.”
