PubMatic, the automation solutions company for an open digital media industry, today announced the appointment of two new members to its management team. Michael Adair, previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Partnerships at Rubicon Project, has joined the company as Vice President of Publisher Development, Americas, responsible for developing new premium publisher relationships, with a particular focus on new mobile partnerships and expanding the adoption of PubMatic’s expanding suite of offerings with existing publishers. In addition, PubMatic is also building out its Advertiser Solutions team with the appointment of Kyle Dozeman as Vice President of Advertiser Solutions, Americas, responsible for leading the company’s buy-side-focused sales, operations and strategy.
Prior to his time at Rubicon Project, Adair cofounded and served as COO at Kazaana, a children’s social media platform and online destination for personal expression and interactive storytelling and served as Head of North America Sales Finance and Operations at Google.
Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Advertiser Solutions, Dozeman held roles in both Platform Sales and Corporate Strategy at PubMatic, where he helped drive and support key initiatives, including the company’s go-to-market strategy, corporate strategy and branding efforts, business development, merger and acquisition activities related to the company’s 2014 acquisition of the mobile ad serving company Mocean Mobile, and international expansion efforts.
“At PubMatic, we pride ourselves not only on hiring the best talent in the industry, but on continuing to support and develop our current employees as well. We’re delighted that Michael has joined the Publisher Development team and to have Kyle lead our Advertiser Solutions organization,” said Kirk McDonald, President at PubMatic. “The wealth of industry experience and strong leadership skills that these two will contribute to our Publisher Development and Advertiser Solutions organizations will be a great asset as we continue our mission to help publishers and advertisers create meaningful connections between consumers, content and brands.”
“I’m thrilled to join such a talented team, and one that is so passionate about remaining on the cutting edge of technology and investing in the future of publishing,” said Michael Adair. “It’s clear from the recent momentum at PubMatic that there are great things in store, and I’m excited to help bring them to market.”
This expansion of PubMatic’s management team follows the recent launch of its comprehensive revenue management platform, SEVEN, including the company’s new Unified Ad Server for both programmatic and non-programmatic direct sold inventory.
