Xaxis, the world’s largest programmatic media and audience platform, announced today the promotion of Nicolle Pangis to serve as global chief operating officer. Prior to Xaxis, she served as president of Real Media Group, a business unit of 24/7 Media. In this role, she led all business operations in North America and Europe, including media and technology sales and operations. Pangis also held several other positions at 24/7 Media including serving as EVP, global media and technology product management.
“Nicolle has been an integral part of the Xaxis growth story over the past two years helping drive strong results worldwide through her exemplary leadership, vision and technological expertise,” said Brian Gleason, global CEO of Xaxis. “Her experience as a prime mover in the programmatic space is unparalleled and she has played a key role in the industry’s development with a distinctive track record of major deals and product launches. We are excited to welcome her as the global COO where she will play a major role in the ongoing growth and development of Xaxis.”

She served as an author and co-chair for the review and enforcement of the IAB Network and Exchanges Guidelines, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. She received the 2015 Working Mother of the Year Award by Working Mother Media and Advertising Women of New York.
“Xaxis has continually evolved and improved the capabilities and performance of programmatic advertising, helping grow what was initially a niche industry to global prominence,” said Pangis. “I look forward to working with our clients, publishers, technology partners and the Xaxis team to take the industry to even greater heights.”
