Xaxis, the world’s largest programmatic media and technology platform, announced the appointment of Regan Baillie as managing director of Xaxis Singapore effective immediately. With more than 18 years of digital technology and media experience, Baillie brings a deep expertise to the role. In her new role, Baillie will lead the overall business strategy and operations, spearhead future digital development in Singapore and drive the company’s continuous drive to be the industry leader.

Baillie started her career as a direct media planner and buyer, before moving into digital advertising as an account manager at 24/7 Media. In 2001, she co-founded and ran Echo Direct, a digital consultancy. In 2003, she moved into the emerging ad tech space as Sales Director at Mediaplex before joining premium ad network Unanimis as Head of Commercial Development.

Prior to this appointment, Baillie was Director of Business Development for Europe at Media Innovation Group, a WPP company. She also served as Head of Marketing and Business Development for Brunswick Group from 2010 to 2013.
